Author | Dark Elf Pierce Magic Question |
Undead and Constructs are normally immune to poison
If a Dark Elf casts poison on an Undead or Construct, can anyone confirm if a partial effect occurs?
Cheers |
in my case, i wasn't able to target the monsters immune to poison i.e. selection wasn't possible when u mouse over them
on the other hand, strangely enough i've managed to cast lightning on gargs though they're supposed to be immune |
for Dionysus:
You can put lightning on gargs b'coz of your racial skilll |
If you cast poison on an undead (Necromancer) unit, it will have zero effect. |
Poison spell description says:
"The spell does not affect Undead, Elemental and Mechanical creatures."
This means you cannot even target those creatures with poison. It is a condition stronger than immune. Immune means it has 100% resistance, if you can get some piercing power, you can reduce that.
Similar things can be observed with wasp swarm ( most elves will know it from early days of sprites ) |
Thank you for the replies. My queries are answered.
