35% thief arts set
9% thief guild
For now, maximum is +55%.
PS: Maximum is not 100%, it could be more than 100%, theoretically. |
don't forget wizard mini-art of +12% init at race level 8
got it from witchhammer, mind you, so it might be different here, but the maximum would technically be +64% by being a wizard |
Yep and what about wizard level 9? :-) I am not a I never was a wizard, no way for me to know much about their hidden powers. :-)
So just say its 52% + faction bonuses..it looks that MassMacros doesnt care anymore so we can spam here. :-) |
