| I doubt that it's hacking. It's probably a case of phising or keylogging. Have her scan her computer for virus/spyware and then reset all her passwords (her account, email, etc.) |

Hackers cannot be stopped, everything and anything that is made by man can be alterd.
If you can do something, so can they.
But they will have more fun with it.
All you can hope to do is slow down hackers by repeatedly changing your security. |
