only for elves, but if
Elf vs elf (neutral & not neutral)
The ability will not work, for elves only. |
| Elven Creatures cannot be chosen as Favored Enemies & if you fight an Elven Faction Creature in a Hunt, it won't be regarded as a Favored Enemy. Therefore, the Rain of Arrows Talent does NOT work on Elven Creatures. |
