this depends on how you play i am a might elf and havent even bothered with magic ever (except ones cast by creatures) i have never put a single point in knowledge or spell power (this will change when i get decent spells) but for now if u cant afford it dont bother why have magic guild at this stage if u dont use magic, waste of money
