Yes it does.
Although you cannot raise more than the number the initial stack was. |

| if i was you yes that is what i would do and put ur next point in spell power also (i used to be necro) 6 mana is good but after each raise troops lose max hp especially ghosts so if u can raise more at a time they lose less hp so it is good to have a couple of spell power plus when u get a higher level you dont need to raise too much and so a few spellpower is very useful. |
