| the present facility may not be having much work posts vacant,or enough money to give you as wages,or not enough resources needed for production but mining is a vast sector so it has many job offers.therefore you could enroll there easily |
No gold in Facilities means that the factory does not have enough gold to pay you for your 1 hour of work.
You have to wait till someone buys their product (or you could just buy one yourself) before the factory has enough to pay you.
