I can't find the button to sell O_O | Yes you can sell wood and ore to.
https://www.lordswm.com/ecostat_details.php?id=1 Has a list of facilites that are purchasing wood.
https://www.lordswm.com/ecostat_details.php?id=2 Has a list of facilites that are purchasing ore. | You can sell wood and ore in the marketplace when you reach Level 3
You can sell then also at factories that
1) Need the resource (Resource "In stock" is below maximum)
2) Has the gold to purchase it from you
