I'm level 5. Is there a minimum level before the dragon will ambush a player?
In the same vein, is there a minimum level before a player can get ambushed (not just in Ridge of Hope by the Dragon) in general?

You have to *stay* in Ridge of Hope for combat to happen. It does not happen when you move in or out of the region.
Arts are irrelevant.
Army health is irrelevant.
The chance of being ambushed is very low; you may spend a couple hours waiting for an attack. |

you can be ambushed by dragons: (1) with or without arts (2) even if your health is less than 100%
the ambushes are random, there is no guarantee; they occur at ridge of hope, hang out there long enough and you may get ambushed |
