Treefolk monster

AuthorTreefolk monster
when i was given this quest i though yes it will be easy like most other monsters with 2-3000 hp but when i got there i was appalled to discover that it had 6300hp!! {0} why is this. its a shame because i so nearly won aswell. i realise now if i sacrificed bows it wouldnt have attacked sprites and i probably would have won. i would have also stood a better chance with battle fury. but yes why do some monsters have 2000 hp whereas others have 6000 as far as i know tier doesnt make a difference really e.g farmer monster is has similar hp to liches monster
Treefolk is one of the highest tier creatures on this game, you didnt seriously expect it to be walk in the park.

Titans monster [0] has 8k i think
well it wasnt insanely difficult i almost beat it only 500 hp to go i realise different talents and tactics would have won it
Angel monster {1} or {2} 13k
so yes it is shame there are no helps about the monster and their stats.
the higher the tier, the more hitpoints...also the better creature the better monster...
Angel monster {1} or {2} 13k

there is, just go to witchhammer, appearently there are many people too lazy to go there
yeah i know of witch hamme i just didnt expect it to be different so i didnt check there is a way to find out. im just curious as to why it has 3x the hp of your average monster?

look at the pattern there, and its as yinx said the higher its tier is the higher hp it normally has. T1-4 have normally around 2000, T4-5 have 2800hp, some T5 and T6 have 3500-4500hp, and further on T7s have 5500+
T1-4 have normally around 2000
T4-5 have 2800hp

what?! you''re crazy! saying both 4 in around 2000 but then 2800.
im not crazy, i just remembered wrong, i was thinking about hydra and deep hydra. Well, had a look in witch hammer and most T1-T5 have 2000hp, in exception of Hydras.
The monsters' stats are scaled according to the regular creatures' stats. Treefolks have many weaknesses, so are compensated by a huge hit point pool. Their hit points rival that of many tier-7 creatures (higher than necro's dragons, for example). So of course the monster's version of the creature should have a lot of hitpoints as well.

The scale works out correctly. For example, let's look at the Bone Dragon, 150 hitpoints. Its monster version has 5400. Treefolk has 175. Treefolk monster has 6300. The ratio works out exactly equal (150/175 = 5400/6300).
But if it's any consolation, I agree with you that the monster has too many hitpoints. In the regular version, part of the reason its hitpoints are so high is that it does puny damage, like a tier-5 creature, not like a tier-6 creature that it is. Its monster version, however, has no such weakness. It appears to do more damage than other tier-6 monsters. Something is not quite right here.
