Ive searched the forum and also check about the game. It says that i can recruit more soldiers and it also say that i can turn lower soldiers in to higher soldiers. But it doesnt say HOW i do it.. I just bought my chamber so how do i use it? how do i recruit the lower ranks to turn in to higher etc etc

Then go to your reruit-page.
recruit.

It is a faction dependent feature though...so if your knight faction is Zero---you won't notice anything.
Increase faction = increase troops

there is faction skill points
each 1lvl u get u get more people to add to ur army.
