put level up points in knowledge
you can use this artifact 'hat of knowledge'
other atts like mithril staff, enery scroll etc. are there but you are not high enough to use them yet |

| Right now - yes. Later you can use talents for that, but for now you can increase knowledge (and therefore mana) with artifacts. |
