Just a thought... Does Dark Elf racial ability (magic piercing through resistance and immunities) works against Dark Elf faction level protection as well?
If I'm Knight faction level 4, I receive 12% less damage from Knights.
If I'm Dark Elf faction level 4, I receive 12% less damage from Dark Elves.
But if an enemy Dark Elf with faction level 5 (magic piercing 50%) hits me with a spell, do I receive 12% less damage, or does magic piercing reduces this to 6% less damage? | | magic piercing have nothing to do with DE racial ability. 12% is the answer. | | Should be read as "Piercing magic doesn't influence damage reduction from opponent's DE Racial skill" | | Racial abilities don't interfere wiht racial bonuses |
