i have been loosing from quite a time

You are losing so many bonuses from NOT leveling up on your other guilds. Look at your hunter guild, you are levgel 5, and not even level 1 for hunter guild. You should be at least level 2-3 by now. You are at a -2 attack disadvantage with other players of your elvel just from your lack of HG level. If u add the lack of bonus u are NOT getting from the rest of the guilds, then the accumulated lost is HUGE.
Here the tables of the various guilds bonuses. Go have a look, compared with other players of your level, and you'll know what I mean.
