| I downloaded the January 2009 file, but what do I open it with after it's downloaded, Microsoft Word if just a bunch of random letters. | I don't seem to have a problem with the file. Maybe it's how you are opening it?
1) Download the file from https://www.lordswm.com/roulette/2009_01_roul.rar
2) Open the file using a Zip program like Winzip or 7-Zip
3) Enter the password of the file (+fjgv*vj58*HV(*SDH$POND*FMCwonbcyt5u0Mx,znvyt8eic+ ) when so prompted
4) open the unzipped file in Word.
You should get something that looks like:
2051280 09-01-01 00:00 - 20
2051281 09-01-01 00:10 - 21
2051282 09-01-01 00:20 - 27
2051283 09-01-01 00:30 - 18
