I am looking for cooks to work in Paris, France!!
ok, here are the facts: yesterday one of my guys let me down in the kitchen, saying he didn't get enough sleep since he worked with us (2 weeks), another one we were already looking for, so now we are only 4 to serve between 180 and 230 meals a day.
Soo, if you are an experienced, professional coo and if you are looking for a situation and would like to work 3 months in Paris (or if you know somebody who matches this description ^^), don't hesitate to PM me for details.
for the technicians: split shift, no live in available, small restaurant kitchen, traditional food revisited.

| Seriously, there are hundreds of agencies and websites offering workplaces/ workers. If you couldnt find a cook there, what are the odds of finding a skilled demon cook(living or able to travel to France, also speaking French)..I think this is going to be a nice funny topic but I doubt you can find a cook here...maybe Shebali can cook?? |

If you are looking for a cook, you may have a better luck contacting French players first - at least they might be present on French ground, or even already living/working in Paris. There are some clans gathering French players:

well, thanks all for your suggestions.. but you see, the usual way have been tried already, we wrote on the official F&B paper (www.lotellerie.fr), asked around agencies, and so on.
The problem is that the job is a hard one, and sadly today people are more office-oriented regarding times and work charges.
To give you an idea of what i am talking, i started this morning from home at 7 am, and came back just now, it's 00:52...
This happens 5 days a week (sometimes 6), and no, i take no break in the afternoon (i let my guys out a couple of hours, though ^^).
But it's just for 3 months in the year, and then again, yes, the pay follows the work charge (not that much, jabbar *hum*, but higher than the average). But today everybody want to work 7-8 hours a day.. Can't run a seasonal kitchen like that :(
