Hi all,
Is there somewhere I can read all about enchanting? Stuff like -
- What's the max I can enchant on an art,
- What minerals I need to enchant certain attack/defense,
- What level can enchant what,
- What does the E2, A4 etc etc, stands for.
Basically, everything. :p

But just to directly answer your few questions you posted:
- Max is 10% for weapons and 20% for jewelery and armour
- It's on the site above and a bit long to type out, so refer to arctic's brilliant work

Under the Enchanters' Guild section and subsections
