Sorry 4 double post but I discovered that he is an AI controlled character that is used as an autoban source for chat. It will say that you got a ban from nightwatch and it said on my character page that I was banned by autoban
I'm not saying this is correct but it makes sense |
His name is night-watch
To test this theory go to chat and set it as private to no one (just type anything in with ! Marked on each side) then drop the F bomb. You will get a private chat from night-watch banning you. Then look up his name and it will say he is blocked. Then character page it will say that u were banned by autochat. |
