is somthing where due to some recent prob the admins shut the game down for 20 min its regular dont worry just wait for about half an hour more u will get luck +0 like normal |

| It happens from time to time, and there's nothing you can do about it ( I think) but it's rare for it to happen anyway so don't fret too much about it. |
Dan if u come from a democracy and have studied civics then you must know the highest executive officer has the right to declare an emergency
empire must have had reports from her engineers that the time was ripe to announce such an emergency just dont think about it leave it as a normal incident and let go |
