| At what lvl other races ( except necro ) get raise?? i heard at lvl 8 elves can use it .. its true?? |

sorry for double post:
elves and wiz troops lose 40% hp each time they raise (unlike necro who loses 20%)
also the raised stack now has 0 morale, and all other stacks get -2 morale. this is irrespective of hero morale .
so after raising, elf and wiz troops with -ve morale freeze with fear. |

Just a clarification.
All other "living" stacks get -2 morale. Wiz troops that aren't living (gargs and golems) do not freeze with fear. |

| nope: only nature magic users get raise spell. that's necro, wiz and elves |
