That means they can potentially move in and attack 3 units at the same time, then fly away the next move before the opponent can attack when attacking low initiative units. With a move of 7, they can outpace move 6 units.
Of course, initiative is relative and NPC creatures' move rate increase over time, but faeries are a threat, just maybe not a big one. |
