if i have 4 spell power and 1 faction lvl. how can do at least 36 damage with my spikes?

i have three SP and elemental call though i only do 30 damage with spikes. Any suggestions on how i can get my spikes to do 36 damage?

No Chaos Magic talents, 3 SP, elemental Call

Based on the spell, your damage is : (8+3*4)*150% = 30 points

To get 36, you would need either 2 more SP or 1 more talent (Basic Chaos)
