Author | Freezes in fear.. ? |
Hi all,
I just fought a caravan of DEs, and near the end of the battle, when it was a Sprites and an Elven Bowmen's turns to go, they.... 'freezes in fear'!?
This is part of the battle chat:
"Sprites freezes in fear.
Griffins deal 166 damage to Elven bowmen. 16 perish.
Elven bowmen deal 8 damage to Griffins.
Sprites deal critical damage to favoured enemy.
Sprites deal 3 damage to Monks.
Sprites deal 5 damage to Monks.
Elven bowmen freeze in fear."
Now, I'm a non-magical knight, and I'm pretty sure no one cast any magic (except for the enemy's Hero casting Rapid spell) on the Elven Bowmen & Sprites, so why did it froze in fear??
This is the battle:

Thanks in advance. |
negative morale |
maybe he raised something, that gives -1 morale to all his creatures (except the one raised that is undead)
p.s. sorry for doublepost |
First, you gave us a wrong link. Second, the term "freezes in fear" indeed should refer to a bad morale :) |
Ohhh.. so when a Hero raise 1 of it's troops, the rest of the army get -1 morale?
Hmmm.. now why haven't I seen that 'freeze in fear' before, since I have fought many Necro caravans and real players who have risen their deads. |
necro troops never affected by morale |
First, you gave us a wrong link.

That's because undead troops have no morale at all, so they can't freeze in fear.
Just elves and wizards who are able to cast raise dead can get negative morale this way :) |
necro troops never affected by morale
Ahh.. yes, yes. Them 'undeads' !
Thanks all. |
He has raised troops and ecery time he does that he gets -2 morale. |
When you raise creatures, every living creature's morale is set to -2, no matter what it was before. |
