tell him to send that money back to you with the proper description for the transfer (something like: you don't owe me that money) and you to send back to his alt. try to avoid in the future such transaction because he can be warned (by paying a fee with his main and his alt blocked if this is the first time it happens, or, worse, his main to be blocked). you cannot apologize here for that, but only through the transfer log (e.g., sending 1 gold piece with the proper transfer description like "my mistake", "for admins: i haven't paid attention, i didn't mean to act like a third party" etc.). |
