From your character page, click Your Photos:

Create a new album, add photos

OR

If you mean the Avatar in the Personal info page:
On your character page, Click Personal Settings:
https://www.lordswm.com/pers_settings.php

click Character avatar
https://www.lordswm.com/pers_avatar.php

Load the picture.
