latency is like delay, the time for the server to respond to your command. i use this so when i host games others won't have delay and make them stop their whining..
It's not illegal, but Blizzard sux cuz every third party programs are considered hacks even those that add more features to the battle.net and makes the game experience more exciting,... sigh i hope the ban is only for 30 days |
