In the general game rules state:
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
My question: This rule apply even if main account does not have any thief ranking? Can the additional character be thief? Thanks (in advance) for replies, just a curiosity. | | no, it says Additional characters | for crys41:

Yes, but only by paying 80 diamonds. No other form of obtaining a TGI is allowed. |
