is it a good idea to increase spell power and knowledge for demon? if so by how much? |
demons can't use magic till before lv 5.
so keep putting the points in attack. in lv5, if you want to play a magic demon only then put points in knowledge and spell power.
about 10 or 20 know, and 1-2 spell power is a good start.
also remember that spawns (not imps) can get you extra mana |
A good demon player I saw had 0 mana but his spawns gave him 5 mana and he did Earthen Spikes around some Bowmen and his troops were able to get at the Bowmen afterwards. So it is your choice, whether to do it like this demon or get knowledge. If you want a really good magic ability, buy arts that give spell power and knowledge. Best is +2 knowledge and +3 Spell power. then 48 damage magic arrow 5 times. |

Might demon like my mult kills all the things he face. Be a might demon, it is better to get army damage than silly magic and with side effect of decreasing damage of troops |
Might is better in hunts, magic is better in GB or duels ;) Only wizards can be good with magic in hunts because of racial ability.
Might in hunts has the advantage of low enemy defence which let you do more damage. And because in hunts there are large numbers of troops, the magic only kills hp, it has nothing to do with defence. This is the explanation why might is better in hunts. You do what you want. But also at high levels magic is not as good as might, because there'll be lots of troops so even in GB and duels might is many times better than magic ( or something very good could be half-might half-magic.. for example a dominion of fire (with fire-based spells you damage 50% of opp's creature defence) and a might army you can do a really good job! ;) |
hmm so a good idea would be 2 build on might and use arts 4 knowledge and spell power maybe? |
well at lvl 5 you can get a helmet that gives you 1 knowledge then a staff and a cloak to give you 1 spell power each so with arts you have:
1 knowledge and 2 spell power |
