A: Yes you can, but your ex-main will most probably be blocked. After all it will have loans, repairs, etc. – all things not permitted for extrachars.
Any ex-main can never be main again.
Any previously blocked characters cannot be changed to a main.
Any illegal characters cannot be a main. | Without the admins, noticing?
