Author | Shrews or efk?? |
Who is better?? I dont mean in shrew vs efk.. Because shrews win easily ;) Bu who is better in a group battle?? Shrews get always first targeted but reach in 1st turn.. And if u keep efk for the end u win for sure because battledance.. But who is better? =S |
there are both good in there own way. They are both tier2 upgrades |
depens, would u wan fast moving speedy kills or kill them all at once? |

shrews are not too much speedier than efk's. the advantage of a shrew is hit with no retal and coming back. the advantage of an efk is the battle dance and more resistance than shrews. as elf in pvp combat, you are targeted firstly from your opponent team. it's not so pleasant, but if you play your cards well, you can get as much experience as the others from your team (if not more). |

At later levels elf is of no use in group battle.
They will get ripped apart before they even get close to enemy and there range will die it moves.
Efks are good for alot of hunts and mercs in some cases better than shrews. I managed to get my EFK's (when i was elf) to do same damage as my shrews. and that hurts when hitting 2-3 stacks. |
6: What?
What is the difference between hells, and unis and rocs?
What is the difference between like, EFKs and any other stack of units?
Why would they're range die as it moves? If it goes first, great, if not, well its the same for any other ranged units..?
What are elf stacks so much more prone to ranged? |
MasterTi ... you are abusing your power as moderator ... I said my opinion, you may think it is wrong, and you can explain why, but I don't think it is fair that you simply cancel abrupt my post ...
btw, I definetely don't agree with you on efk better than shrews for hunts ... efk have less speed and ini and get ret ... shrews are much much much much better in hunts |

LOL! Isn't that a proof that players are afraid of elves? As long as you withdraw the attention of the opponents toward you, you give time for your team to develop its strategy free from worries. The elf should be a team player and not an individualist. Have you seen a team of 3 elves? That's a nice sight, believe me! :) One elf in a team can bring success to the team either by blinding the opponents to the team movements or by blocking fast the opponents archers. In all the other types of combats like HG, MG or TG, excepting pvp duels, elves are strong. |

Please do not question the actions of moderators here. Do it vis PM.
And the question is for only Group Battles, not hunts. So your opinion written here is not valid.

Because if the EFKs go first, they cannot close to opponents in time to do anything and if they either do not close or do not go first, they will still get shot or attacked first. With a low defence, their numbers will be decreased so much they are not a threat anymore.
for CGSMCMLXXV:
Yes, elves that are left alone are dangerous, thus people will hit them first so they will no longer be any threat. Everyone should be a team player. Any player that is not a team player will be taken out regardless of faction.

That depends on the skill of the opponents. Most likely you'll draw 1 player's worth of first round fire, which will reduce your bowmen and efks and thus your threat level and then everyone else will concentrate on your team-mates. Playing as a team works both sides of the battlefield |

in my first post I said my opinion on who is better in a PvP as well ... but it was canceled |
for Xerfer:
Elves range I.E GMB are more prone to attacks from succubi orc chiefs because they are faster. They will always aim at gmb first because they hurt.

You have a complaint address the secretary (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4).
As for you post, you posted your opinion + facts that werent true. I think you should look through the IaS forum and bump the topic about deleting part of a post.
for CGSMCMLXXV:
Yes people are afraid of elf, people are afraid of every faction. Its just prioirty. If you watch enough GB you will know that shrews get 1 go max maybe 1 stack might survive. Range is then next to get slaughtered first come is the lucky ones the ones that move last have no chance of survival. |
+ for OndaNera:
I didnt say efk's were better than shrews in hunts i just said they were good. I agree shrews are the better of the 2 hunters. |

i think efk are better than shrews even against single targets
but compare shrews total hp with hp of efk :/
the big downside of elf faction:
high damage output, low defense and hitpoints, high damage/hitpoint-ratio
that makes them the perfect first target since it's the best way to kill a maximum of offensive potential (and therefore they are usually simply decoys in group combats...) |
Shrews of course. . . |
