And when a creature have water sheild then u do less damage?

Cold blade does 15% more damage. This 15% extra can be resisted with water shield or immunity to water/cold.
The extra damage is done to any creature, neutral or not. |

So this includes melee, shooting or magic attacks (unless the creature has resistance/immunity to water element attacks), right? |
