how much percent is stunning blow do?

Stunning blow:
This special ability of barbarian characters has a stunning effect, knocking the target back by 0.2 points on the ATB scale after every successful strike. | | when u strike ghosts and miss, that is not stunning there .. no moves, no damages.. :) but sometimes, EFKS, rogues, and shrews that have been stunned do not move at all coz their high inits .. :) |
