The "Charging" here means Attacking. It's a translation thing.
The enchantment decreases the attack value of whoever is attacking your troops by a certain % |
The word charging often comes in connection with lizard`s special ability, when the defence changes according to squares the lizard moved.
Is there any difference between stack that is moving and stack that is stationary, for example does it affect shooters? If yes the desription should be changed to "decrease attack of attacking stack" or something like that to avoid confusion. I was a little confused definately. |
