| when i complete a job do i increase in 1 point in my laborers guild, how often do i increase in points | | 1 hour of work = 1 point | you work once per hour, so you get 1 LG point per hour.
certain point slans give you level gains in labour guild. each level up gives increased hourly wage, and every 2 levels yuo get +1 def bonus
