So i am 35 points away from my wizard level 4. Should i wait for it then make my mini arts or get the mini arts now?

| Wait. Because then you can get double mini-arts. But they are extra expensive so save up loads. |

double mini-arts ie miniarts with 2 effects, like att 4 + def 4. etc
they cost much more than single mini arts though |
