I read somewhere that gaining skill points is faster at combat levels 1 and 2 since your hunts come up faster (15 min or so). I also read somewhere not to do the red threat levels....so I have been passing them by.
Thing is when I restarted a char, he was doing only about 30's exp points when doing white or green threat levels. So thats good cuz the idea is to get as low exp ppoints as possible to get Skill Points up faster. However now , since I have been passing by higher threat levels, I just did a green threat level and got 76 exp points! Not good :(
So what is the best thing to do then?
Question is this:
Should I pass by hunts or keep doing them, even if threat level is yellow or red (medium or high)? |

Yea I know they always come by.....that wasnt the question....I was referring to passing them by with the purpose of getting lower experience points. So I was wondering if the more experienced players know if passing them by will increase the next Hunts experience points gained or not (for the same threat level)?
To explain: ....so if I normally get 36 EXP for a green threat level fight; if I keep passing by the yellows and reds, lets say 3 or 4 consecutively, will my next green threat level hunt now give me like 76 EXP points instead of the usual 36?? |
| You can't really stay levels 1-2. Only hunt until level 3. Just do them all you should be able to do the red ones also and do the red ! ones even if it kills you, since you'll get another hunt just as fast if you pass or do it and win, might as well play it for the reward, small as it is for losing. |
Thanks Xerfer, I was just trying to take advantage of the fast hunt times of combat levels 1 and 2 to get as much Skill Points (to up my Faction level). So I wanted to get the LEAST experience points possible so my combat level goes up slow while my Faction level goes up faster.
Obviously I was trying to avoid getting 76 exp points for doing a red threat level....I just wanted to know if passing by hunts increases the next hunts' experience level? So like a usual 36 point green hunt will now give 76 exp points if I skipped 3 or 4 Hunts before that? |

Ah ok....Thanks Takesister. At least I can be reassured that I wont do a white or green threat level and get 76 exp for it....LOL
