I don't understand...
ALL of us dun even have enough time to accomplish all there is to do in this game, without the updates, and yet, they want.... more??
You know how we play them PS3, X-Box games, and we like a certain title, we complete the whole game/series (eg, Final Fantasy) and we hope, and some even write to, the creators asking for them to come up with a new one so we can continue to play.
But here?
Has anyone here got to lvl 14 (except MasterTI)?
Has most of us reach combat level 9 yet?
Is anyone winning/losing all their hunts until it has become boring/impossible to do?
Is anyone at the stage where they are winning all their ambushes, or losing 99% of them until it has also become boring/impossible to do?
Has those that are clamoring for updates even gotten to Gambling guild lvl 12 to get the daily +1 Luck? Let's not even talk about GG lvl 15.
Same goes for mercenary quests. Has most of us max MQs until they are impossible to do?
For most of us, the answers to all the above is a resounding NO, and chances, it'll takes us months, some even more than a YEAR, to get anywhere close to maxing the guilds, and yet, we ask for.... more??
I can understand if one has completed all there is to be done in this game, and there's nothing more to do, but I noticed for some we are asking for more updates, they have yet to even start TG yet (!?!). Something not right there, no?
It's like we go to a house, and the host has prepared a table full of good and sumptuous food, but before we can even finish what is being served to us, we are already asking the host to prepare more food! The greed of homo sapiens. Amazing, ain't it... | To 41:
Game updates come as:
New game content (would be good but not critical)
Game balance (required for a few magic / support factions, new game content also help in game balance. For example when magic level 4 and 5 are in, magic users will SHUT up: no more posts about might DOMINATING the field… it could be the opposite so…. Next point we require
Game balancing (did I mention we require game balancing before???)
But most important of ALL, it tells the COMMUNITY that the admins are still working on this great game and even if they do NOT communicate that much, they still CARE and are doing what ever they can to improve game enjoyment.
Yes we need game updates

How would you feel if the host prepare you an AWESOME dinner (like what u said) but would not talk to you or chit chat about life / work / women / stuff / games / women / stuff / women....

No offense to you, but just coz u disagree with me (again) or someone else opinion, means I/we don't 'understand' or grasp the reason, rational or whatever behind something? Can it not be that some of us actually looks at certain things from a different angle?
And if, like you said, this game has such "incredible potential" (which I agree, by the way), have you done anything other then use your 'mouth' (not meant to be offensive, but can't think of a better phrase/words to use)?
If this game has such incredible potential, have you tried to buy over this game? Create a similar one (since this game is more or less 'copied' from another creation, copyrights can't be too much of a problem)? Write to the admins/owner and offered your service?
Seriously, I personally feel (and have express it in another thread) the owner knows jolly well the enormous potential this game has, or he/she would have shut it down long time ago.
There is a myriad of reason(s) why there have been no new stuff/updates on this server, and I'm pretty sure no one here knows for certain the real reason(s) behind it. Almost everything that's been said on this and similar threads are purely personally opinion and pure speculation. What has been brought up that has not been said a zillion times? Isn't it the owners' prerogative whether they want to inform us of what they are thinking/planning? Who am I or you to judge or tell them what to do? Can any of us say for certain he/she knows the real reason why they have be a lack of updates recently? or is it just fragments of one's vivid imagination of what we think is the cause?

Everyone who offers some kind of service asks customers what it's like - feedback is very, very welcome and necessary for improvements.

This surptises me! You undestand and it is ok for you. Great! You are able to stand, or maybe you have only 1500 combat less than me. ;-)

I'm not rich. But I'm ready to buy lordswm.com for some hundreds of euros. Do you think the developers will accept?
Create a similar one (since this game is more or less 'copied' from another creation, copyrights can't be too much of a problem)?
If I had the needed know-how (I am not a programmer) I would have alredy started my onw project, I can assure you this! And If you are so devote to the admins of lordswm, you shouldn't give this idea to others.

I did it. I offered my help to correctly set the auto-ban in my country language. There are mods that could give you avidence of this. But continue, please, I'm enjoing this! ^__^
