If this was intended to be the case, the admins or mods could have created a single topic for "everything" long ago.
It is better to have many topics for each individual subject rather than one for everything, otherwise the discussions would be chaotic and difficult to follow, don't you think?

I would certainly consider it. The mods might consider 3 threads discussing things that have already been covered in past topics as flooding. You could get a small Forum ban in such a case, probably as a warning not to do it again.
I would also advise against the transfers between characters edutainment, edutainment1, younkuy and tanmaypok. And I seem to recall similar transfers between characters with a similar name to yours (tanmayking?). I hope you are not involved in such activities without being aware of the potential of your characters being blocked and/or penalised?
