To restore the durability of an item, you need to be level 6 and have bought the Blacksmith building in your Castle.
This will allow you to repair your items, but you can only repair them from 10%-90% of maximum durability, depending on how good your repair skill is. The maximum durability will also be reduced permanently each time you repair it.
You can send the item to those who can repair them if you want, but it is much cheaper to sell and rebuy your artifact than to repir them unless there's no way to buy that artifact back |
