| In addition to luck, I think their should be double luck. The max chance is 5%, with +5 luck skill. Right now I have =3 luck, so I would have 30% chance of regular luck, and 3% chance of double luck. What do you think. |

ONLY if double morale is also introduced. whether or not elves benefit more, its all down to racial ability, so i dont really see it as an issue.

Frankly, I'll take luck from Artifacts over luck from Talents any day. Talents are useful to achieve unattainable effects otherwise (like Vitality, Sorcery, Meditation...) Artifacts just bring characteristic bonuses.
The Elf of your example has to sink 21 Talent points for luck. The Necro of your example has to sink none. That's also something to consider. |
