Reach lvl 6 and build the forge.
Then you'll be able to modify weapons using elements.
Beware that it is very costly to become an acceptable enchanter (just as becoming a good smith is horribly expensive) |

You can sell elements on the market or direct to any player that advertises that they want to buy them for a certain price |
Post them on the market.
(and steel is NOT an element, it is a ressource that went throught a first transformation, just as nickel or magic powder. You can sell it only at factories) |
