| when you built the buildings for upgrades, you will see 2 arrows above the units on the recruiting page. Click them to change between both (normal and updraded units) |
You need to purchase your Military Academy to be able upgrade your troops first
You're level 3, which mean you need diamonds to upgrade. You will need to wait till you're level 5 to upgrade without diamonds. |

| Diamonds are only for upgrades at early levels. Example, your bandits to poisoners at level three would cost diamonds. But at level 5 it would cost gold and resources. |

if you have "Euro", donate it then you have upgrade troops now. Otherwise, be patient. You cam buy them by gold and resources in castle when you are level 5

From your profile, I think you ahve not allocated your parameter points you got from leveling up. Go to your character page and click on those [+] to any of the Attack/Defense/Knowledge/Spell Power stats to boost your army. |
