Your idea is meaningless.
If you have problem with roulette you really do not need a bank. It's very simple: just buy resources like steel, nickel or magic powder. Use that way to stop losing money in roulette. |

I like the idea of a bank.
However certain things need to be put in place.
I certainly wouldn't use it in the context you would (For holding money.)
Now perhaps it could be 1% per month interest on the AVERAGE monthly balance or something.
Anyway.. it's not up for me to dictate how the bank would work. I'm just saying, it may sound like a bad idea in theory, but perhaps it would be better when put into practice. |
