im wondering if the same ppl that can "impose a penalty", like give someone a gold fine for insults, if they also can f.eks ban ppl for illigal transfers?

so only the admins can give out a fine for insults, and only them can ban people? if thats correct, then why dont they do their job better?
i just saw someone that got a fine today:

| thats a bit of a light punishment. so they could transfer hundreds of thousands of gold to an account and only get a small amount as a penalty? |

and on the same page, there are 4 clearly illigal transfers, just look at the name, he just changed out 1 M with a N:

just by taking a quick look into the "loans" and whatnot, it seems clear that this is too many illigal transfers, and should be banned all the accounts in question. |
