There is no way to control the timing morale burst or to have it happen for heroes.
Certain talents speed up the next hero turn and a certain artifact increases the initiative of the hero, but the hero is not affected by Morale. |
| also, only the "living" troops are affected by morale, so the garg (elemental) and golem (mechanical) troops will not be affected by morale |
you can use some arts to increase the chance to have 'vurst'.
For example, Ring of inspiration (+1 moral).
