by flee in fear, i assume you mean freeze in fear (they're different)
and the elf rose his EFK's, so he had -2 morale |

if a living faction(wizard.elf) rise his troops,another stack freeze in fear not flee:) |

If an elf raises in a group combat, the -2 morale applies only to his/her troops or also to those of fight mates? |
