Hi,
I saw that the durability of potion of oblivion is 1. Does it mean until the next combat level as in if i use it when im at combat lvl 8 it will work till i reach lvl 9? or what exactly does that durability 1 mean? Please let me know asap.

I am a knight now and i am interested in changing my faction to something else.
Please, correct me if i am wrong here, i.e., if I use this and change all the combat and mercenary guild bonus parameters, then they will be permanent and if i have to change them again, that can be only if i use that potion again.
