Also, if you don't mind, how many players can be in the tournament at one time. Is there a certain amount of people to participate in order for the tournament to start?

A blindfold battle starts when there are enough participants. At least 3 players, max 4 players, of +-1 level of each other. If not enough players enter, you get an option to withdraw in 5 minutes.
Also, if you don't mind, how many players can be in the tournament at one time.

Depends on the tournament. Some are 1v1 and some are 1v1v1v1, so the first just requires 2 people, but the second would need 4 people or no match will start.
There are no tournaments at this moment, so wait till one is announced to join one and any specific rules on it will be available when one is started. |
