| Whenever you fight a Necromancer Army and not win (destroy everything), the Army of Necromancer will raise your units from the dead and bolster their own forces as per the Necromancy rules. Unless you're undead too, then they cannot raise any units. |

It is not revealed, but assume it's 9 because most people have seen near 100% revival. |

It's worth mentioning of necromancy level when there is a Hero involved, don't you find? ;-)
This one is a mob army which has no visionary.
