seriously? it says it never fall below 3, is doesn't say anything about it rising above 3. if somebody had 5 morale i thought the same would go for the minos |

I think that's right. Say the hero had 3 or less morale, the minos will have 3 morale and the hero's morale doesn't stack. But if the hero has 4 or 5, the the minos morale will be that instead of staying at 3. |

The minos have at least 3 morale, even if hero has lesser. But if hero has more, then minos probably do too. For example :
